Disseny d'un assecador industrial d'àrids

Abstract

L’objectiu del projecte és dissenyar un assecador industrial per a l’assecatge d’àrids reciclats de diferent mides. Aquest procés és previ a la barreja amb betum i material verge per a crear asfalt. L’assecador ha d’estar dimensionat per a ser emplaçat a la planta d’àrids de l’empresa ROMERO POLO al terme municipal de Torrelameu. A més a més, ha d’estar dissenyat per a poder ser alimentat completament amb energies renovables. Aquesta tasca requereix un estudi previ al disseny. Per una banda, s’hauran d’estudiar les caracterísques i propietats tèrmiques del material a assecar. Per l’altra banda, s’estudiaran i compararan els diferents assecadors industrials que hi ha actualment al mercat, les seves aplicacions i caracterísques d’assecatge. L’assecador elegit haurà de ser capaç d’extreure l’aigua de les parơcules de manera energècament eficient i complint amb el plec de condicions imposat. Escau destacar la importància de comprendre el procés d’assecatge i el comportament de les partícules durant aquest tractament. Per a la seva definició s’utlitzaran programes de disseny gràfic (en concret, AutoCad, SOLIDWORKS).
