Abstract

O presente artigo aborda a problemática das falhas de abastecimento de medicamentos, com especial enfoque nas suas causas, impactos e abordagens para prevenção e mitigação, bem como avalia as soluções legislativas em vigor em Portugal para lidar com este problema e as soluções vertidas nas recentes propostas de revisão da legislação farmacêutica da União Europeia.

This article addresses the issue of medicine shortages, with special focus on their causes, impacts and approaches to prevention and mitigation, as well as assessing the legislative solutions in force in Portugal to deal with this problem and the solutions provided in recent proposals. review of pharmaceutical legislation in the European Union.
