Este estudo pretende com o apoio da economia comportamental responder a três perguntas, a saber por que razão não se preveniu a resposta à pandemia; como é que os Governos e os seus cidadãos reagiram e porquê; e como alinhar os comportamentos individuais com orientações e regras das autoridades de saúde.

This study intends to answer three questions building on behavioural economics insights, namely why the response to the pandemic was not prevented; how governments and their citizens reacted and why; and how to align individual behaviours with the guidelines and rules from health authorities.
