Abstract

Report of supervised practice teaching conducted within the course Introduction to Professional Practice IV, the Master of Arts in Teaching, 3rd Cycle of Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Lisbon. Reports the practice of teaching in its many dimensions, developed with a Secondary Education class of the 12th grade, discipline of Drawing A, in the Escola Secundária de Casquilhos, in Barreiro. The teaching activity carried out in the Escola Secundária de Casquilhos covered two different axes of intervention. The first consisted in the participation on an extra-curricular activity of Arts Day, organized by the group of visual arts, and was materialized by the activity of supervising the design of a poster related to the event, with the use of information technology and communication, particularly with the application of Adobe Photoshop. Second, the teaching of the didactic unit Grid systems as it is mentioned in the official curriculum of the discipline of drawing A Humanistic Science Course of Visual Arts
