O presente relatório resulta do estágio curricular, que decorreu de setembro de 2021 a maio de 2022, no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação e Formação, na especialidade em Desenvolvimento Social e Cultural, do Instituto de Educação da Universidade de Lisboa. O estágio foi realizado no Centro de Acolhimento de Refugiados II (CAR II), nos seguintes departamentos: Social, de Emprego e de Integração. Incidiu em atividades relacionadas com os três programas que estão a decorrer no Conselho Português para os Refugiados (CPR): Reinstalação, Barcos Humanitários (Recolocação), Operação Humanitária do Afeganistão e Operação Humanitária da Ucrânia. No presente relatório, é abordado teoricamente temas estruturantes do estágio, tais como: os refugiados, a inclusão, a mediação cultural, a educação informal e a animação sociocultural. Sendo estes os temas onde incidirá, numa primeira fase, a estruturação deste relatório, contando com uma descrição, análise e definição dos mesmos. Posteriormente, irei caracterizar, descrever e analisar as dinâmicas que sucederam ao longo do estágio e que desempenhei durante os nove meses, apropriando essas dinâmicas com a teoria apresentada no primeiro capítulo. Este segundo capítulo tem o intuito de dar a conhecer as minhas funções enquanto estagiária, justificando as práticas e decisões que foram sendo realizadas. Posso considerar que no estágio que realizei consegui ter um melhor entendimento acerca da organização onde o exerci, adquirindo alguma experiência profissional dentro do ramo. A experiência nesta Organização Não Governamental (ONG), o Conselho Português para os Refugiados, revelou-se ser muito enriquecedora, por ter definido aquela que será a minha área de atuação futura, fornecendo-me bases ao nível das políticas sociais, em estreita ligação com a intervenção educacional.

The current report is the result of the curricular internship that took place during the months of september 2021 to may 2022, within the scope of the Cultural and Social Development Master´s programme from Education and Formation Course, in the Education Institute from Lisbon University. The internship was carried out in Centro de Acolhimento de Refugiados II (CAR II) in the following departments: Social, Employment and also in Integration. It focused on the activities related with the three programs that are currently being proceed in Conselho Português para os Refugiados (CPR): Reinstallation, Humanitarian Ships (Relocation), Humanitarian Operation in Afghanistan, Humanitarian Operation in Ukraine. In the current report, is addressed, theoretically, structuring topics of the internship, such as: refugees, inclusion, cultural mediation, informal education an socialcultural animation. These are the topics that will focus, in a first stage, the structuring of this report, counting with a description, analysis and definition of it. Posteriorly, I will characterize, describe and analyze those dynamics with the theory presented in the first chapter. The second chapter has the objective of letting know my role as an intern, justifying the practices and decisions that were made. I can consider that in the internship that I took part in, I achieved a better understanding about the organization where I held it, acquiring some professional experience within the field. The experience in the Non Governmental Organization (NGO), the Conselho Português para os Refugiados, revealed itself really enriching, for defining what will be my area of future action, providing me with basics in a social political level, connecting narrowly with educacional intervention.
