This report was elaborated following the Master of Education and Training’s internship, with major in Social and Cultural Development. This curricular internship took place in the City Hall of Lisbon (CMLisboa), in the Department of Development and Training (DDF) and also, in the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon (IE-ULisboa), in the curricular unit of Policies and Practices of Adult Education. In order to follow the advisors in their daily tasks, participate in the activities and understand the daily life of an Education and Training professional, these two internships become complementary. Due to the pandemic context, during the internship held at CMLisboa it was impossible to have contact with trainees, therefore, the internship developed at IE-ULisboa came to fill this need, giving the possibility of dealing with the students of the curricular unit. During the work developed in the DDF, and integrating the team of the Program for Inclusion and Digital Literacy (PILD) there were performed tasks of analysis, research and creation. Both the analysis and the research tasks have enabled and eased the understanding of the work developed by the team, and also about some of the cherished theories that were at the basis of the project. These were also useful for the creation of materials that were developed, in order to reach the online public, such as posters on social networks, two training, for instance, one related to a platform for content creation – Genially. During the second internship it was possible to directly get in contact with the students of the curricular unit, performing tasks as monitoring the work that each student was developing.
