Modelos Organizacionais das Bibliotecas Municipais de Lisboa (BLX)

Abstract

Organizational management requires sustained strategies to continuously achieve effective and efficient actions. Its implementation implies planning practices, ways of structuring key organizational elements and mechanisms for both monitoring and evaluating operational activities. The representation of these components allows to identify the organizational configuration and understand the strategic options defined by them for the fulfillment of its mission and objectives. Based on the above, we tried to define the organizational models of the BLX through the structural elements that support them.
