Abstract

A presente investigação tem como principal objetivo estudar a relação entre Responsabilidade Social Corporativa, Identificação Organizacional e Atratividade Organizacional, bem como verificar se a Atratividade Organizacional tem um efeito de mediação na relação entre a Responsabilidade Social Corporativa e a Identificação Organizacional. Para a recolha de dados, foram aplicados três instrumentos de medida (Escala de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa, de Identificação Organizacional e de Atratividade Organizacional) a uma amostra de 67 indivíduos de organizações de diversos setores de atividade. Os resultados revelam apenas uma relação significativa entre Responsabilidade Social Corporativa e Identificação Organizacional, não se verificam as restantes hipóteses. Por fim, os resultados são discutidos, as limitações e implicações apresentadas, tal como as recomendações para futuras investigações.

The present investigation aims to study the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Identification and Organizational Attractiveness, as well as verify whether Organizational Attractiveness plays a mediating role in the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Identification. For data collection purposes, three measure instruments (Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Identification and Organizational Attractiveness Scales) were applied to a sample of 67 individuals from organizations of various sectors of activity. The results revealed solely a significant relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Identification, the remaining hypotheses are not corroborated. Lastly, the results are discussed, the limitations and implications presented, as were the recommendations for future investigations.
