Abstract

O seguinte trabalho tem como objetivo recolher e sintetizar toda a informação disponível acerca de displasias da zona glótica, em particular das cordas vocais, com intuito de construir uma base para proceder ao reconhecimento, abordagem, tratamento e seguimento das mesmas, passando desde os primórdios da identificação de tumores da mesma em contexto histórico até ao tempo atual, introdução à zona, tanto anatómica como cirúrgica das cordas vocais, com seguimento para a identificação e como tratar estas doenças.

The following work has the purpose of collecting and resume all available information about glottic dysplasias, having a bigger focus on the true vocal cords, with the purpose of building a basis of recognition, approach and treatment with a follow up ensued, starting from the first diagnostics of tumours to a more technologically advanced today, being followed by an anatomical revision, both classic and surgical, of the true vocal chords area, ending in the identification and treatment of such diseases.
