Corticoterapia tópica na rinite alérgica

Abstract

The prevalence of allergic rhinitis is increasing worldwide and there is a growing awareness of how allergy and associated comorbidities can affect patients' quality of life, work performance, and emotional well-being. This dissertation aims to make a bibliographical review of the latest knowledge about the clinical, diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis, especially nasal topical corticosteroid therapy. This review is also intended to analyze the devices used in the administration of intranasal sprays relative to their advantages, disadvantages, efficacy and preference of the patient.
