Análise de clusters municipais de cheias/inundações e movimentos de massa em vertentes danosos em Portugal

Abstract

Neste trabalho as ocorrências Disaster de cheias/inundações e movimentos de massa em vertentes, identificados a partir da base de dados Disaster, foram explorados tendo em conta os seguintes objetivos: (i) caracterizar a distribuição geográfica das ocorrências Disaster ao nível municipal; (ii) definir clusters de municípios de acordo com as características das ocorrências Disaster e dos danos humanos (mortos, feridos, evacuados, desalojados). A análise de clusters baseou-se numa abordagem aglomerativa utilizando o método de Ward como regra de união dos clusters. No final foram identificados e caracterizados 7 clusters municipais de ocorrências Disaster para o período de 1865-2015, tendo por base a tipologia de danos humanos registados.
