Abstract

Nesta investigação, tomamos como eixos orientadores as trajectórias de Vida de dois Professores universitários e respectiva "visão" sobre a Educação e a Formação, através de um jogo de (re)composição de imagens, de sentidos e de interpretações dos seus Percursos de Vida. Damos ênfase ao seu status de sujeitos num processo histórico-cultural, identificamos linhas de encontro dos seus pensamentos enquanto Educadores e por fim cruzamos ou distanciamos as suas posições sobre Educação e Formação das linhas identificadas na Literatura. Na primeira parte da dissertação apresentamos a explicitação dos pressupostos Teóricos, ou seja o quadro teórico de referência que sustenta a pesquisa. No que diz respeito à metodologia usada, privilegiamos a metodologia de tipo qualitativo, com recurso a entrevistas, reflexão analítica sobre os dados recolhidos evidenciando as categorias temáticas surgidas de uma análise de conteúdo qualitativa. Concluímos com o que havia de diferente e de comum nos seus percursos e ideias e ficamos com uma montagem-síntese de ideais chave de ambos, enquanto Modelos Coerentes para (re)pensar a Formação de Professores.

This written work has as main guides the life ways, that is to say, the life histories or the life stories of two university teachers and their point of view about Education and Teacher Training. We've reached the point through a (re)construction game of mental images, senses and meanings of their livings. We realize their individual status in a historical and cultural process, identify similar thoughts on Education and lastly we cross or separate their particular opinions about Education and Training. On the first part, we present the theoretical aspects that are important and related with the problem dissertation. We apply the qualitative methodology for doing this research and use the interviews, the categorization and the content analyses. The work concludes with their common/different ideas about Education and Teacher Training, such as a photography of the main ideals of the two university Teachers, once and for all, very good examples to think seriously about Teacher Training.
