Abstract

O presente relatório “Planeamento Estratégico numa Microempresa” tem por objetivo relatar as tarefas e atividades desenvolvidas no estágio curricular realizado numa microempresa de consultoria, recursos humanos e formação, em Alcochete, o IFH – Instituto de Formação para o Desenvolvimento Humano. O estágio foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação na área de especialização em Administração Educacional do Instituto de Educação da Universidade de Lisboa. O mesmo faz uma análise da organização enquanto microempresa, apresenta as estratégias definidas para manter um desenvolvimento sustentável da mesma, explica a importância do planeamento estratégico neste tipo de empresas, uma vez que são as pequenas e microempresas quem mais precisa de um bom planeamento, e dá a conhecer o caso especifico do IFH, isto é, como foi definido o planeamento estratégico desta empresa, como foi implementado e quais os processos de avaliação utilizados. A metodologia de investigação utilizada nas descrições e análises deste relatório de estágio curricular teve uma abordagem de carácter qualitativo, com perspetiva naturalista e com a utilização de instrumentos de recolha de dados como a entrevista, a análise documental e conversas informais. A entrevista elaborada foi essencial para se perceber vários aspetos relacionados com o planeamento estratégico, como a importância do mesmo para a organização em causa, ou então como o mesmo é definido, implementado e avaliado. O relatório está dividido em cinco capítulo. O primeiro capítulo diz respeito à caracterização da organização; o segundo ao estágio e a todas as atividades desenvolvida durante a realização do mesmo, ou seja durante os sete meses em que estive inserida na empresa IFH; o terceiro é destinado ao enquadramento conceptual; no quarto é apresentado o campo de investigação e por fim, no quinto e último capítulo é feita a análise e expostos os resultados obtidos. Posteriormente são apresentadas as considerações finais de todo o percurso.

This report " Strategic Planning in a micro-enterprise" aims to report the tasks and activities carried out along the practicum that was undertaken at a micro-enterprise in the field of consulting, human resources and training in Alcochete, the IFH - Training Institute for Human Development. The practicum was developed under the Master of Educational Sciences in the area of Educational Administration at the Institute of Education, University of Lisbon. It presents an analysis of the organization as micro-enterprise, the strategies defined to maintain a sustainable development and explains the importance of strategic planning in this type of companies, because the small and microenterprises are those more in need of good planning. In the specific case of IFH, the strategic planning of this company was analysed as well as how it was implemented and which evaluation processes were used. The research methodology used in the descriptions and analysis for this internship report was qualitative in nature, with a naturalistic perspective and the use of data collection tools such as interviews, document analysis and informal conversations. The interviews were essential to understand various aspects related to strategic planning, the importance of it to the organization in question, and how it was defined, implemented and evaluated. The report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter concerns the characterization of the organization; the second presents the experiences and all the activities developed during the course of the practicum during the seven months I was inserted into the IFH company; the third is intended to present the conceptual framework; the fourth chapter presents the research field; and finally, the fifth and final chapter is made an analysis and comments of the results. Subsequently, the final considerations are stated considering the entire route and experience.
