Abstract

Consiste o presente trabalho em dissertação desenvolvida no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências Jurídico-Ambientais da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa/Portugal, especificamente sobre o instituto jurídico-ambiental da Reserva da Biosfera, a qual se caracteriza como um tipo de área protegida reconhecida internacionalmente no âmbito da Organização das Nações Unidas para Educação, Ciência e Cultura – UNESCO, por meio do Programa “Homem e Biosfera” – MAB.

The present dissertation is developed under the Master in Legal and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon / Portugal, specifically on the legal and environmental institute Biosphere Reserve, which is characterized as a type of protected area recognized internationally under the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization – UNESCO, through the program "Man and the Biosphere" – MAB.
