The objective is to analyze the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office from a European and national perspective, not only in Italy but also in Spain. Real and concrete aspects will be addressed in its examination, incorporating the point of view of professionals to learn about the progress made by this European body. A small amount of fieldwork will be included as a result of interviews conducted as part of the Jean Monnet Module entitled "The EPPO and EU Law: A Step Forward in EU Integration." In particular, the Subcommittee "Interviews" is tasked with interviewing experienced professionals in the field of European integration, with a focus on the role of the European Public Prosecutor Office. The chapter will conclude with a brief reflection.
