Ricerca didattica e formazione degli insegnanti

Abstract

Ogni insegnante, sin dalla sua formazione iniziale, dovrebbe imparare a svolgere ricerca in campo educativo, a partire dall’Università, come luogo di costruzione di una mentalità aperta alle innovazioni. Per un miglioramento continuo della didattica e per una valutazione formativa e personalizzata, è utile ricordare gli studi, sempre più attuali, sulle prove oggettive di profitto, sugli obiettivi educativi fondamentali, sull’educazione personalizzata e sulla didattica inclusiva, sul valore dell’interculturalità, delle soft skills e dell’apprendimento di un metodo di studio. La formazione professionale può offrire un supporto a tutti coloro che lavorano in campo educativo, per una progettazione didattica che rispetti la singolarità di ciascun alunno e consenta di realizzare una valutazione valida, fedele e ispirata a una concezione integrale della persona da valorizzare. Una riflessione in onore di un maestro della didattica quale è Giuseppe Zanniello.
