Abstract

Il volume, elaborato nell'ambito del progetto Italian Talented Young Reseachers "La clinica legale in ambito socio-sanitario tra terza missione universitaria, sussidiarietà orizzontale, giustizia sociale e beni comuni" raccoglie le teorie in materia clinico-legale con particolare riferimento al metodo di insegnamento clinico come espressione del principio democratico e con riferimento al tema della terza missione universitaria. Nel volume sono altresì contenute le esperienze di clinica legale degli atenei di Bergamo, Brescia, Palermo, Roma Tre, Torino, Verona.
