Abstract

O Decreto-Lei n.º 75/2008, de 22 de Abril, alterado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 137/2012, de 2 de julho, estipula que qualquer candidato a diretor de agrupamento de escolas ou escola não agrupada tem que conceber e apresentar no ato da sua candidatura um Projeto de Intervenção. Com o presente trabalho, baseado numa metodologia de trabalho de projeto, pretende-se elaborar o Projeto de Intervenção do diretor de um agrupamento de escolas. O Projeto de Intervenção assenta num conjunto de ações programáticas que têm como objetivo responder às necessidades educativas do agrupamento e visam promover a qualidade e adequação do sistema educativo local aos desafios de uma sociedade cada vez mais exigente. Também se pretende mostrar a importância desse conjunto de ações face aos problemas diagnosticados, explicitando as estratégias de intervenção propostas e os recursos que deverão ser mobilizados. A escola é a organização fundamental para perceção e apropriação da herança cultural, contribuindo para a transformação social, refletindo constantemente o seu papel, procurando a construção de novas visões sobre o modo de estar e de atuar nos diferentes espaços sociais onde interage. O novo modelo de gestão preconizado pelo Decreto-Lei nº 75/2008, de 22 de abril, alterado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 137/2012, de 2 de julho, atribui ao Diretor um conjunto variado de funções, para as quais, acima de tudo, exige ser um educador, necessita de ser a alma mater. Tal pressuposto implica ser conhecedor do meio sobre o qual recai a sua ação: os alunos, docentes e não docentes, pais e demais parceiros. Também aqui o Projeto de Intervenção reflete esta forma de previr o futuro, tornando-se o Diretor como elemento próativo de todo o processo, garante da realização da “visão” como estratégia de execução da “missão” organizacional escolar.

The Decree-Law nr 75/2008, of April the 22nd, as modified by Decree-Law nr 137/2012, of July the 2nd, stipulates that any candidate to headmaster of a group of schools or a single school has to plan and present at the time of his application an Intervention Project. The present work, based on a methodology of design, is intended to prepare the Intervention Project of the candidate to headmaster of a group of schools or single school. The Intervention Project is based on a set of programmed actions that aim to meet the educational needs of the group and to promote the quality and suitability of the local education system to the challenges of an increasingly demanding society. It is also intended to show the importance of this set of actions against the diagnosed problems, explaining the proposed intervention strategies and resources that must be mobilized. The school is an important organization crucial for perception and appropriation of cultural heritage organization, contributing to social transformation, constantly reflecting its role, seeking to build new visions on how to be and act in different spaces social where it interacts. The new management model advocated by Decree-Law nr 75/2008, of April the 22nd, modified by Decree-Law n. º 137/2012, of July the 2nd, gives the Director a diverse set of functions, for which above all requires to be an educator; you need to be the alma mater. This assumption implies being knowledgeable of the medium on which rests his action: stu-dents, teachers and staff, parents and other partners. Here too the Intervention Project reflects this way of the future provides, becoming the Director as proactive element of the whole process, ensures the realization of the " vision " as a strategy for the implementation of " mission" school – organizational.
