“Applied Psychoanalysis” is a concept forged by Lacan to name the psychoanalytical practice in modern Mental Health Institutions. This paper presents the case of a schizophrenic that occulted to the psychiatrists the content of his delirium, until an analyst treats him. Not using the way of scientific knowledge (neuroleptics, etc.), but listening the double meanings of its words and expressions, and reading his writings under transfer.

Esta comunicação apresenta o caso de um esquizofrénico que ocultou aos psiquiatras o conteúdo do seu delírio, até que foi tratado por um analista.
