Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objectivo analisar os resultados a nível do cumprimento das Metas de Aprendizagem do subdomínio da Ginástica (MAG), definidas para a disciplina de Expressão e Educação Físico Motora (EEFM), entre alunos que participaram num programa escolar complementar de Actividade Física e Desportiva (AFD) e alunos que não participaram. Fizeram parte da amostra 236 crianças do 4º ano de escolaridade de cinco escolas do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico dos Concelhos de Lisboa e Oeiras, com idades compreendidas entre os 9 e os 12 anos de idade. Do total da amostra, 120 são raparigas (50,8%) e 116 são rapazes (49,2%). Para aferição e caracterização da amostra foi utilizado um Questionário de Atitudes Face à Actividade Física (AF) na Escola, de estrutura mista e na determinação do cumprimento das MAG do 1º CEB foi utilizada uma grelha com as habilidades gímnicas critério das próprias MAG, onde foi feito o registo da execução das habilidades após a observação. No tratamento de dados foi utilizado o programa EZanalyse versão 3.0 para o Windows. As principais conclusões são: 1) Melhores resultados nas MAG para os alunos que frequentaram o programa de AFD, em relação aos que não frequentaram; 2) Melhores resultados nas MAG para os alunos que para além do programa de AFD também tiveram aulas de EEFM, relativamente àqueles que apenas tiveram EEFM; 3) Melhores resultados nas MAG para os alunos que participaram mais que dois anos no programa de AFD.

The present study aims to analyse the results in fulfilling the Millennium Apprenticeship subdomain Gymnastics (MAG), set for the discipline of Expression and Physical Motor Education (EEFM), among students who participated in a curriculum supplement for Physical Activity and Sports (AFD) and students who did not. The sample consisted of 236 children in 4th grade five schools of the 1st cycle of basic education of the municipalities of Lisbon and Oeiras, aged 9 to 12 years old. Of the total sample, 120 are girls (50.8%) and 116 are males (4.2%), among which there was a high percentage of students participating in extra-physical activity organized school as well as achieving a high rate of physical activity leisure. To measure and characterize the sample we used a Questionnaire Attitudes to Physical Activity (AF) school of mixed structure and determination of compliance with the MAG of the 1st CEB was used a gird with gymnastics skills discretion of own MAG, where he was made registrations of the skills after observation. In the data processing program was used EZanalyse version 3.0 for Windows. The main conclusions are: 1) Better results for the MAG students who attended the program AFD, than those who did not attend, 2) Best results for the MAG students in addition o the AFD program also had lessons EEFM, for those who only had EEFM, 3) Best results for the MAG students who participated in more than two years in the AFD program.
