Abstract

De tão indivisíveis, coesos e unos, ainda aceitarmos a proposta de um espanhol de nome Andrés Precedo Ledo, que no seu livro Ciudad e Desarrollo Urbano aponta Madrid como um novo centro difusor desenvolvimento capaz de contribuir para a dinamização de novos espaços de crescimento em conexão com as três metrópoles da Espanha Meridional, que são, Málaga, Sevilha e…, Lisboa. Aí está. É o desenvolvimento! O Portugal – Nova Região e a Espanha – Potência da Velha Europa.
