Having as database the reports of the Economic Commission for the ONU of Africa, it can be seen clearly that the direct investments in Africa have been destined mainly to the extractives sectors, especially of the oil. Concentrating itself in the crude producing countries. The volume of these investments is minimum in relation to the sum of the aid or the transferences of the remittances of emigrants. Moreover, most of the investments come from the rude internal investment of the countries itself. Therefore, it can be said, that the biggest effort to invest in the African economies was carried through by they themselves.
