My training period was carried out at Interoeste Futebol Clube, in football, senior level, as Assistant Coach. The club was inserted in the 3rd district division of Lisbon, in series 1. In the year the club was founded, the objective of the season was clear: to climb up the division. The squad was recruited by the head coach, Pedro Araújo, with that purpose in mind. It was a very productive year, where we had a professional squad, dedicated and committed to carrying out tasks and achieving goals. The aim of the internship was to learn as much as possible and develop my skills as a football coach. I also wanted to learn to combine in the best way the tactical, technical, physiological and psychological qualities, aspects that coaches have to master and manage in the best possible way so that they can be better coaches. The sportive objective was the promotion to the next division. The report includes a presentation of the host sport institution, the technical team and the players, followed by the presentation of the game model applied, conciliated with the players' roles in each moment of the game. The report will also have the calendar of all the games we faced during the season, the way we worked for them (micro-cycle, mesocycle and macrocycle) and the general and sportive objectives of the season. The report also contains a scientific study concerning the influence of a coach's active feedback on the intensity of an exercise. The sporting objective was successfully concluded, with Interoeste Futebol Clube coming in 1st place, becoming champion of the 3rd District Division - Series 1, and consequently moving up to the next division. The scientific study concluded that active feedback from the coach causes the intensity levels of a short game to increase. Key-words: Football; Football Coach Supervision; Small-Sided Games

O meu estágio foi realizado no Interoeste Futebol Clube, na modalidade de futebol, no escalão de seniores, com a função de Treinador-Adjunto. O clube esteve inserido na 3ª divisão distrital de Lisboa, na série 1. Em ano de fundação do clube, o objetivo da época era claro: A subida de divisão. O plantel foi recrutado pelo treinador principal, Pedro Araújo, com esse propósito. Foi um ano bastante produtivo, onde tínhamos um plantel profissional, dedicado e empenhado na realização das tarefas e na concretização de objetivos. O relatório compõe uma apresentação da instituição desportiva de acolhimento, da equipa técnica e dos jogadores, seguido da apresentação do modelo de jogo aplicado conciliado com as funções dos jogadores em cada momento do jogo. O relatório terá também a calendarização de todos os jogos que enfrentámos ao longo da época, a maneira como trabalhámos para eles (microciclos, mesociclos e macrociclo) e os objetivos gerais e desportivos da época. O relatório contém também um estudo científico relativo à influência do feedback ativo de um treinador na intensidade de um jogo reduzido. O objetivo desportivo foi concluído com sucesso, em que o Interoeste Futebol Clube ficou em 1º lugar, conseguindo consagrar-se campeão da 3ª Divisão Distrital – Série 1 e a consequente subida de divisão. O estudo científico concluiu que o feedback ativo do treinador faz com que os níveis de intensidade de um jogo reduzido aumentem.
