Abstract

Esta pesquisa tem como principal objetivo analisar a Liderança em contexto de Teletrabalho através de uma revisão da literatura e estudo empírico. É uma temática pertinente e com crescente interesse no contexto organizacional, sobretudo após a pandemia Covid-19 que alterou as estruturas organizacionais, colocando imensos colaboradores em trabalho à distância e consequente e-Liderança. Tendo o teletrabalho, ganho uma proporção gigantesca com a pandemia Covid-19, é indispensável o estudo da temática do Teletrabalho e da Liderança, para apurar as competências e comportamentos dos Líderes, por forma a proporcionar o bem-estar profissional dos colaboradores bem como alcançar os esperados resultados organizacionais. No que se refere ao estudo empírico, trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, com realização de 142 questionários eletrónicos a 142 indivíduos em contexto de Teletrabalho, 45 do género masculino e 97 do género feminino. Esta pesquisa aprofunda a perceção dos colaboradores em teletrabalho durante a pandemia Covid 19 relativamente aos seus líderes. Os principais resultados alcançados evidenciam a vontade dos colaboradores em manterem-se no futuro, pós pandemia, em teletrabalho em regime parcial. The main objective of this research is to analyze Leadership in the context of Telework, through a literature review. It is a topic of growing interest in the organizational context, hence its relevance, even more so, after the Covid-19 pandemic that changed organizational structures, putting many employees in remote work and consequent eLeadership. With telework taking on a gigantic proportion with the Covid-19 pandemic, it is essential to study the topic of Telework and Leadership, to determine the skills and behaviors of Leaders, in order to provide the professional well-being of employees as well as achieve the expected organizational results. Regarding the empirical study, it is a quantitative study, with 142 electronic questionnaires to 142 individuals in a telework context, 45 male and 97 female. This research deepens the perception of teleworking employees during the Covid 19 pandemic in relation to their leaders. The main results achieved show the willingness of employees to remain in the future, after the pandemic, in part-time telework.
