A subjectividade na teoria do Direito
This paper is an abridged version of the author’s Master’s Degree Dissertation, the title of which is “The Legal Subject in a process of transference: A trans-disciplinary approach based on Lacanian Discourse Theory”. It develops some basic notions about the concept of the legal subject, in order to operationalise some aspects relating to the Legal Entity.
Este artigo foi extraído de uma tese de mestrado intitulada “O Sujeito de Direito na Transferência. Uma perspectiva Transdisciplinar por meio da Teoria Lacaniana dos Discursos”. Ele desenvolve noções básicas sobre o conceito de sujeito no Direito, para operacionalização de alguns aspectos alusivos à Pessoa jurídica.
