A terceira parte aborda as consequências político--criminais.
The first part of this paper shows that the principle of culpability is currently in a precarious state and that citizenship can only be achieved under a Democratic Rule of Law. The second and main part of the paper looks at what Psychoanalysis and Cognitive Psychology have to say about the development of the capacity to comprehend injustice and selfdetermination. Finally, the third part analyses the political and criminal consequences.
