El presente artículo pretende reflexionar sobre la incidencia de la Jurisprudenciadel Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos en el ámbito laboral, particularmenteen materia de derechos fundamentales, como canon hermenéutico de indudablevalor, al formar un cuerpo de doctrina relativa al Convenio Europeo de DerechosHumanos, así como a otros instrumentos emanados de órganos del Consejo deEuropa; con especial énfasis en determinados pronunciamientos, sin ánimoexhaustivo, tanto en el ámbito de propio ejercicio de aquéllos como en el procesal.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------This paper is aimed at reflecting on the incidence of European Court of HumanRights Jurisprudence on the labour sphere, particularly at the matter of humanrights, as hermeneutic canon with a great value, to form a doctrine about theConvention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms aswell as other documents from Council of Europe¿s organs; with special emphasisin some cases, not as an exhaustive list, in the scope of those human rightsexercise as well as in the procedural one.
