Abstract

Konsumenten werden heutzutage von Werbung regelrecht erschlagen. Jeden Tag prasseln tausende von Werbebotschaften auf die Menschen ein. Diese bilden einen natürlichen Widerstand dagegen und nehmen so wenig wie möglich auf, um sich auf wichtige Informationen konzentrieren zu können. Die klassische Werbung steckt in einer großen Krise und Unternehmen müssen einen neuen Weg finden, ihren Kunden unbemerkt Werbung zukommen zu lassen. Genau hier setzt Virales Marketing an. Denn in den meisten Fällen von Viralem Marketing wissen die Kunden noch nicht einmal, dass sie Werbung an Freunde oder Bekannte weiterleiten... Der vorliegende Diskussionsbeitrag verschafft dem Leser einen detaillierten Einblick in das Thema Virales Marketing. Ziele und Risiken des Viralen Marketing werden genauso näher beleuchtet wie die effektive Gestaltung und Verbreitung der Botschaft. Ein Fallbeispiel aus der Praxis rundet den Beitrag ab.
