Kultursensible Gesundheitsversorgung

Abstract

Versorgungsmöglichkeiten und Versorgungswirklichkeit zeigen im Gesundheitssystem erhebliche Differenzen. Ein wesentlicher Grund hierfür ist eine geringe Beachtung der kulturellen Unterschiede der Individuen in den Versorgungsangeboten und der Ausbildung. Eine systematische Integration kultursensibler Ansätze in die Planung und Durchführung der Gesundheitsversorgung kann daher wesentliche Verbesserungen der Durchdringung erreichen. Die europäischen Ausbildungsinitiativen bieten hierfür einen geeigneten Rahmen, der noch weiter zu entwickeln ist.
