Metodología de desarrollo de una tipología: Aplicación al caso de la cultura organizativa

Abstract

Organizational classifications approach is a very useful research method in organizational field. However, the results of the studies are not consistent. This situation argues about its usefulness. We think that many if this problems can be explained by methodological problems. Present paper tries to clarify key characteristics of typology classification method, identifying most recurrent problems of the literature. To fulfill these objectives, we will review organizational culture literature.
