Erwartungsstau in Ostdeutschland

Abstract

Die Corona-Pandemie hat die Unternehmen in Ostdeutschland insgesamt etwas weniger heftig getroffen als in Westdeutschland. Die Aussichten für das Jahr 2021 sind gemäß der IW-Konjunkturumfrage im Osten jedoch zurückhaltender. Dieses West-Ost-Gefälle bei den wirtschaftlichen Perspektiven für 2021 erklärt sich aus den schlechteren Erwartungen der ostdeutschen Dienstleister.
