Vom "Green New Deal" zum "European Green Deal"
New Deal: Einzelne Autoren und Institute, einige Regierungen und die Vereinten Nationen haben die Wiederbelebung und das Ergrünen eines alten Begriffs propagiert - Green New Deal. Um was es dabei geht oder gehen sollte, war aber höchst heterogen. Mit der Vorlage des Konzepts eines "European Green Deal" seitens der EU-Kommission im Dezember 2019 ist eine neue Dynamik entstanden, die nun der praktischen Umsetzung harrt.
New Deal: Individual authors and institutes, some national governments and the United Nations have revitalized and renamed an old idea - Green New Deal. However, what it actually should have been about, was rather heterogeneous. With the submission of a concept on a "European Green Deal" by the EU Commission in December 2019, a new dynamic has emerged, which now awaits practical implementation.
