»Abenomics« – Strukturreformen in Japan

Abstract

Japan hat seit den 1990er Jahren wiederkehrend wirtschaftliche Stagnationsphasen durchlebt und ist ein mahnendes Beispiel für andere Industrieländer wie Deutschland, welche negativen Folgen verschleppte Strukturreformen in Kombination mit einem voranschreitenden demographischen Wandel für ein Land haben können. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden in dem Artikel die jüngsten Strukturreformen in Japan beleuchtet und unter Beachtung der großen Herausforderungen des Landes bewertet.
