Abstract

The Private Institutions of Social Solidarity have a strong presence in the provision of social solidarity services in our country. Reasons like being non-profit, the competitiveness characteristic of the sector in which they are inserted and an increasingly demanding consumer public, make it essential for them to recognize the importance of organizational communication and to put into practice communication techniques and strategies for achieving greater consolidation and visibility. Through these techniques and strategies, it is important that they draw up a communication plan that allows them to determine the interests of their audiences and to integrate them into their objectives. Thus, in addition to effectiveness as an institution, they also ensure their survival.
