Factores humanos em manutenção de aeronaves

Abstract

Neste trabalho, aborda-se a problemática dos Factores Humanos em Manutenção de Aeronaves. Pretende-se perceber se o erro humano em manutenção de aeronaves realmente existe, seguindo um ponto de vista técnico ou de “Engenharia”, apoiado quando necessário, pela Psicologia. É feita uma revisão dos mais comuns tipos de erros humanos cometidos em manutenção de aeronaves, bem como a identificação e análise dos factores de risco que mais condicionam o desempenho humano nesses ambientes. Faz-se também uma abordagem ao treino sobre factores humanos, descrevendo a constituição de programas sobre factores humanos, os seus princípios de funcionamento e a sua importância ou impacto em manutenção de aeronaves. No final do trabalho é aplicado um estudo à Direcção de Manutenção & Engenharia (DME) dos Transportes Aéreos de Cabo Verde (TACV Cabo Verde Airlines), através de um questionário baseado no Modelo SHELLO, com o objectivo de determinar os mais frequentes factores de risco naquela organização, e que podem afectar o desempenho do seu pessoal. Neste contexto, é feita uma análise dos resultados obtidos e são endereçadas sugestões à DME da companhia aérea nacional caboverdiana.
