Abstract

A aprendizagem organizacional e o intraempreendedorismo no presente modelo Troikiano adaptam-se e transformam-se num exemplo a seguir pelo seu estímulo à aprendizagem de atividades e orientações inovadoras, desenvolvimento de novos produtos, serviços, tecnologias, estratégias, orientação gestora e posturas competitivas. Para este trabalho, parte-se do pressuposto que a aprendizagem organizacional influência o intraempreendedorismo e a sua interação contribui para o desempenho organizacional das empresas. Assim o objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a interface entre a aprendizagem organizacional e o intraempreendedorismo. Pretendeu-se ainda com estes fenómenos(aprendizagem organizacional e intraempreendedorismo) verificar o impacto que detêm no desempenho organizacional nas empresas. Quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos, o desenho do estudo foi descritivo-exploratório de análise qualitativa, realizando-se um estudo de casos múltiplos em três empresas de diferentes áreas de atuação. Como instrumentos de recolha de dados, utilizou-se a análise de documentos internos, um questionário e entrevistas aos responsáveis do departamento de recursos humanos das empresas selecionadas. Os resultados demonstraram que a aprendizagem organizacional influencia o intraempreendedorismo, pois cada vez que um fator é implementado automaticamente se está a influenciar/incentivar características do intraempreendedorismo, resultado que se tem refletido nos últimos anos no desempenho e posteriores resultados das empresas. Com as conclusões obtidas propõe-se um novo modelo, com uma trilogia para a mensuração do desempenho organizacional na perspetiva da inovação e aprendizagem – Empreendedorismo Organizacional. Ressalva para a complexidade dos fatores que intervêm, pois dificilmente são todos abarcados e reproduzidos no contexto real. Algumas contribuições para a teoria e prática são também apresentados no final deste estudo.

Organisational learning and intrapreneurship in the present troikian model adapt and turn into an example to be followed due to their stimulus to learning new activities and innovating guidelines, developing new products, services, technologies, strategies, management guidance and competitive postures. This work starts with the supposition that organisational learning influences intrapreneurship and their interaction helps the organisational performance of companies. Thus the aim of this work was to analyse the interface between organisational learning and intrapreneurship. There was also the goal, with these phenomena (organisational learning and intrapreneurship), of verifying the impact they have on the organisational performance of companies. Concerning methodological procedures, the design of the study was descriptive-exploratory of qualitative analysis, including a multiple case study in three companies of different business sectors. As data collection instruments, we used analysis of internal documents, a quiz and interviews with leaders of the human resources department of the selected companies. The results showed that organisational learning influences intrapreneurship, given that each time that one factor is implemented, there is an automatic influence/incentive on intrapreneurship features. This result has been mirrored, in recent years, in the performance and subsequent results of companies. With the conclusions reached, we propose a new model with a trilogy to measure organisational performance in a perspective of innovation and learning – Organizational Entrepreneurship. We must stress the complexity of the intervening factors, as it is difficult to include and reproduce all of them in a real context. Some contributions to theory and practice are also presented at the end of this study.
