Controlo percebido no trabalho, somatização e comportamento de cidadania organizacional

Abstract

O principal objectivo do presente estudo consiste em investigar as relações existentes entre as variáveis controlo percebido no trabalho, somatização e comportamento de cidadania organizacional em colaboradores de duas instituições públicas. Para o efeito, foram utilizados três questionários de auto-resposta: a Escala de Controlo no Trabalho (ECT), o Questionário de Manifestações Físicas de Mal Estar (QMFME) e a Escala de Comportamento de Cidadania Organizacional (ECCO). Os resultados, obtidos a partir de uma amostra de 90 funcionários em posições administrativas, sugerem que não existe uma relação significativa entre o controlo percebido no trabalho (avaliado pela ECT) e a somatização (avaliada pelo QMFME) e que existe uma relação positiva moderada (r = 0,357; p < 0,005) entre o controlo percebido no trabalho e o comportamento de cidadania organizacional (avaliado pela ECCO) na população em estudo. No final, são discutidas algumas implicações da investigação.
