Habitar a cidade

Abstract

The growth of cities is apart, not only the interests of the inhabitants, but also the urban heritage where they operate. The monetary interests, directly or indirectly associated with construction, dictate the order of the new cities. Based on the working draft of a detail plan made in the discipline of Project 5 at the first half of the 5th year, I intend to continue this work and this dissertation / project undertaking a project of a building of housing in a collective lots of detail of this plan. This project will be permissive guidelines for urban continuity with the existing, the quality of living taking into account the wishes and needs of people and a sustainable character not only in terms of energy efficiency, economic, but also the versatibility of use.
