Abstract

O relatório apresentado tem como base a experiência de estágio, realizado no Gabinete de Comunicação e Relações Públicas da Câmara Municipal de Seia, tendo o mesmo tido a duração de seis meses. Aqui consta, uma apresentação teórica sobre a comunicação política autárquica, as informações relativas ao Município de Seia, todas as atividades realizadas, bem como as considerações finais que servem de observação do período de estágio desenvolvido. A comunicação institucional de uma Autarquia local pode, e deve, influenciar o modo como as pessoas atuam no espaço público. Uma comunicação que assente nas bases da transparência e assiduidade, pode garantir a todo o concelho uma maior participação e um maior envolvimento por parte dos eleitores que dele fazem parte. Com este objetivo em vista, para além de refletir sobre as atividades realizadas, este relatório compreende uma análise do que é a comunicação política autárquica, a participação dos cidadãos no espaço público e as vertentes da comunicação interna e externa do orgão político que se vai analisar.

The report presented is based on the internship experience, carried out at the Communication and Public Relations Office of the Municipality of Seia, which lasted six months. Here is a theoretical presentation on municipal political communication, information regarding the Municipality of Seia, all the activities carried out, as well as final considerations that serve as an observation of the internship period developed. The institutional communication of a local authority can, and should, influence the way people act in the public space. Communication t hat is based on transparency and assiduity can guarantee greater participation and greater involvement on the part of the voters who are part of it. With this objective in view, in addition to reflecting on the activities carried out, this report comprises an analysis of what is municipal political communication, the participation of citizens in the public space and the aspects of internal and external communication of the political body that will be analyzed.
