Abstract

Com o aumento da competitividade no mercado, existe uma necessidade crescente de se fazerem inovações na estratégia de marketing da organização. A realização de campanhas promocionais e o aumento da notoriedade da organização tornam-se uma obrigatoriedade. Para além disso, a previsão da procura, torna-se um ponto cada vez mais importante para poder ser um concorrente relevante no mercado e encontrar soluções de gestão de stock torna-se uma prioridade para a otimização de operações logísticas. O presente documento relata as tarefas desempenhadas no decorrer do estágio, para obtenção do grau de mestre em Gestão, nas áreas do marketing e de gestão de stocks, onde o objetivo principal foi a criação de campanhas promocionais e de um sistema de gestão de stocks que permitisse a otimização do processo da tomada de decisão dos gestores de loja. Estas duas áreas demonstram uma grande ligação entre si, visto que uma boa gestão de stocks, leva a uma maior facilidade na tomada de decisão em tarefas de marketing, como o desenvolvimento de campanhas promocionais. Por sua vez, as campanhas promocionais bem-sucedidas, podem permitir uma maior rotação de stocks e assim reduzir a existência de produtos obsoletos. O estágio foi realizado numa organização de comercialização de instrumentos musicais, a Ludimusic, que faz parte do grupo Ludimax.com, Lda.

With the increasing competitiveness within the market, there is a growing need to make innovations in the company’s marketing strategy. Carrying out campaigns and increasing the company’s notoriety became mandatory within companies. In addition, demand forecast becomes increasingly important to be a relevant competitor in the market and finding stock management solutions becomes a priority for the optimization of logistical operations. This document reports the tasks performed during an internship, to obtain a master’s degree in management, in the areas of marketing and stock management, with the main objective being the creation of promotional campaigns and a stock management system that allowed the optimization of the decision-making process of store managers. These two areas show a strong link between them since a good stock management leads to easier decision-making in marketing tasks, such as the development of promotional campaigns. In turn, successful promotional campaigns can allow a higher stock rotation and thus reduce the existence of obsolete products. The internship was held at a company that sells musical instruments, Ludimusic, which is part of the Ludimax.com, Lda. group
