This report portrays the description of the internship carried out at the Portuguese Skating Federation, with a view to obtaining the degree of Master in Sports Management. In this document, a detailed explanation of the tasks performed during the internship and how I contributed to them is presented. Within the scope of the functions performed in the FPP, in the department of the National Technical Directorate, I carried out the following objectives: coordination of activities in the scope of training and in the development of projects, treatment and creation of databases, collaboration and organization of sporting events and detection of talents and constitution of the national skating teams. The results obtained by the work carried out in the development of projects are notorious through the creation of the project at the national level, under the National Program of Sport for All and by the experimentation action of Skating. On the other hand, the creation and treatment of different databases helped in optimizing the organizational management of the organization. After the internship, it is possible to conclude that currently the FPP has as main objectives to promote and dynamize all its modalities to attract new practitioners and seeks to update its means of management and organization in order to optimize the work process.

O presente relatório retrata a descrição do estágio realizado na Federação de Patinagem de Portugal, com vista à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão do Desporto. Neste documento, é apresentado uma explicação pormenorizada das tarefas desempenhadas ao logo do estágio e de que maneira contribuí para as mesmas. No âmbito das funções desempenhadas na FPP, no departamento da Direção Técnica Nacional, realizei os seguintes objetivos: coordenação de atividades no âmbito da formação e no desenvolvimento de projetos, tratamento e criação de bases de dados, colaboração e organização de eventos desportivos e deteção de talentos e constituição das seleções nacionais da patinagem. Os resultados obtidos pelo trabalho realizado no desenvolvimento de projetos são notórios através da criação do projeto de nível nacional, no âmbito do Programa Nacional de Desporto para Todos e pela ação de experimentação de Patinagem. Por outro lado, a criação e tratamento, de diferentes bases de dados ajudou na otimização da gestão organizacional da organização. Após a realização do estágio, é possível concluir que atualmente a FPP tem como grandes objetivos promover e dinamizar todas as suas modalidades de forma a captar novos praticantes, e procura atualizar os seus meios de gestão e organização de forma a otimizar o processo de trabalho .
