Caracterização dos momentos críticos no basquetebol.

Abstract

O objectivo deste estudo foi caracterizar defensiva e ofensivamente os momentos críticos (MC) no jogo de basquetebol. O conceito de MC foi baseado no modelo de análise do jogo de Ferreira, Volossovitch, Gomes e Infante (2010) designado por Dinâmica do Pensamento do Treinador. Foram observadas 5336 posses de bola simples e 957 posses de bola com ressalto ofensivo (PB/RO) de 80 jogos da fase regular da LCB das épocas 2002 a 2004. Os MC foram observados através do sistema de observação para análise dos MC do jogo de basquetebol. A análise global da amostra diferenciou os MC através da pressão e condicionamento colectivo na defesa e do maior nº de posses de bola com duração 9- 12”, maior nº de lançamentos de 2 e 3 pontos convertidos e de combinações tácticas de 1x1 e 2x2 nas PB/RO. Os jogos equilibrados fizeram sobressair o maior nº de lançamentos de 3 pontos convertidos, enquanto nas equipas vencedoras sobressaíram a maior pressão defensiva e defesa zona, bem como a maior eficácia nos lançamentos de campo. Em conclusão, os MC parecem quebrar a dinâmica do jogo através da pressão defensiva, de um ritmo rápido e de uma boa selecção de lançamentos de campo.
