Abstract

No Brasil, a gestão esportiva está em um estágio inicial, os clubes de futebol não conseguem maximizar seus ganhos explorando as várias fontes de receitas que poderiam ser geradas pelo seu torcedor e buscam soluções para este problema, que é enfrentado por várias agremiações esportivas. Neste estudo foram analisados os três principais clubes paranaenses, o Atlético Paranaense, o Coritiba e o Paraná Clube e verificado quais são suas principais estratégias para conquistar novos adeptos, atraí-los aos estádios, relacionar-se com eles e vender produtos licenciados. Após esta análise foram averiguados os pontos fortes e fracos dos clubes e foi proposto um novo modelo de gestão para torcedores esportivos o Elo Torcedor, visando solucionar os problemas detectados. O objetivo do modelo proposto é ser uma nova ferramenta que auxilie na gestão dos clubes de futebol e ajude a conquistar novos torcedores, atraí-los aos estádios e incentivá-los a comprar produtos licenciados, aumentando assim as receitas do clube. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de mercado com os torcedores dos clubes analisados, os clientes finais desde produto, com intuito de verificar a aceitação do modelo proposto e os resultados foram satisfatórios levando a crer que o modelo apresentado neste trabalho teria grandes chances de sucesso.
