Abstract

The theme of this dissertation focuses on Human Resources Indicators. The aims is to verify if Portuguese companies of services sector, use the Human Resources Indicators profitably; to confirm if the tools of Human Resources are measured in the sense of being managed, and also to prove if the metrics allow to obtain better individual / organizational performance after being analyzed. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a questionnaire survey was applied to various Portuguese companies in order to confirm the stated objectives. This work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is a brief introduction to the theme, followed by literature review. The third chapter will be addressed to the methodology applied and on the fourth chapter will be dedicated to the analysis of the results achieved. In the last chapter the conclusions are going to be discussed as well limitations and proposals for future research.

O tema desta dissertação incide sobre os Indicadores de Recursos Humanos. Tendo como objectivos verificar se as empresas portuguesas, do sector dos serviços,utilizam os Indicadores de Recursos Humanos de forma benéfica; apurar se as ferramentas de Recursos Humanos estão sujeitas a ser medidas no sentido de poderem ser geridas e averiguar se as métricas permitem obter melhor performance individual/organizacional. De forma a alcançar os objectivos propostos, foi efectuado um inquérito por questionário as várias empresas portuguesas de forma a confirmar os objectivos enunciados. Este trabalho está dividido em cinco capítulos. No primeiro capítulo é feita uma breve introdução tema, seguida pela revisão da literatura. No terceiro capítulo será abordada a metodologia empregue e no capítulo seguinte a análise dos resultados alcançados. Por fim será analisado as conclusões, limitações e propostas para uma investigação futura.
