Práticas do recrutamento internacional : evidências no mercado

Abstract

Nowadays, economic globalization and business challenges have pushed companies to expand their operations beyond national borders. Internationalization thus becomes an important strategy for fostering an innovative working environment through new ideas from different cultures and perspectives. To ensure the success of this process, it is essential to recruit qualified talent, and this can be achieved through international recruitment. International recruitment plays a key role in the competitiveness of organizations, as it makes it possible to attract qualified talent from all over the world, increases the presence of said companies in different parts of the world and contributes significantly to business expansion into new markets. Each company adopts different international recruitment practices that meet its needs and organizational objectives. It is in this regard that this research project aims to identify the international recruitment practices of companies with internationalization processes and understand the impact that international recruitment has on the success of the organizations, by analyzing the literature review and using a qualitative methodology, where 13 semi-structured interviews will be conducted with 13 Human Resources professionals in charge of the international recruitment process. In the conclusion of this study, the results obtained are presented and discussed, as well as the limitations and conclusions of the work carried out.
