O presente relatório trata uma reflexão relativa ao estágio curricular realizado na Federação Portuguesa de Basquetebol com vista à obtenção do Grau de Mestre em Gestão de Desporto pela Faculdade de Motricidade Humana. No relatório está uma análise aos conteúdos tratados durante o estágio, estando estes interligados com os conteúdos tratados durante o decorrer do curso. O relatório aborda a realidade do basquetebol em Portugal tendo em conta a Federação Portuguesa de Basquetebol e a sua história, enquanto organização, onde está presente o meu percurso decorrido durante o período de estágio. Apesar de um estágio se tratar, tive a oportunidade de desempenhar várias funções em diferentes departamentos, com tarefas multidisciplinares que senti que favoreceram a minha experiência em estágio, como a participação na organização de eventos desportivos, integração no departamento de competições, assistência à Escola Nacional de Basquetebol e realização de várias matérias de investigação a pedido e com interesse da federação

The following report deals with reflexion relative to the curricular internship fulfilled at the Portuguese Basketball Federation to obtain the Master Degree in Sport Management by the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana. In the report there is the analysis to the contents taken care during the internship, related to the content learned during the classes of the master degree. The report addresses the basketball reality in Portugal taking into account the Portuguese Basketball Federation as an organization during my stay there, Although it was an internship, I had the opportunity to work in various tasks in different departments, with multidisciplinary tasks that favoured my experience during the internship as the participation in the organization of sports events, integration in the competition department, providing assistance to the Basketball National School and the fulfilment of various subjects of investigation requested by the federation and with their interest
