Constituições nos PALOP

Abstract

The constitutions are the key element of the States. Born at XVII century, they promote the peace, democracy and good governance, contributing to transform the economic, social and cultural rights. The international order put us face to international laws and their application in internal system of the states. On PALOP their legal frame prove the influence they have in their countries and other countries. They are essential to maintain the main rights, the respect and dignity for humanity, in a legal frame.
