Abstract

This paperwork was made for the acquisition of the Master degree in Sportive Training by the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana and it represents all the work and knowledge acquired during the year of the internship, realized at the Laboratory of Physiology of Exercise, at the Center for High Performance Athletics in Jamor. On the first part of this paperwork there is an introduction which has some theoretical background of the GPS device used on the data collection on Football and Triathlon modalities and summarizing other information about the approaches used (Metabolic Power and the Mathematic Model of Beckert et. al (2016), for the analysis and quantification of external load. On the second part, were described all the interventions made, focusing not just the practical part of the internship (by the daily activities at the lab), but also the investigation part. At the end, I made a reflection about the steps I took during this year, highlighting the main goals the I’ve reached, the ones that I haven’t, and the difficulties felt along the way
