Abstract

Na presente dissertação e analisado um problema de Elaboração de Horários Escolares em Instituições Escolares de nível secundário Esta tarefa morosa, e frequentemente desenvolvida de uma torma manual num processo de "tentativa e erro", por um grupo de indivíduos que se baseiam no seu conhecimento dos recursos e condicionalismos da Instituição, bem como. na sua própria experiência recolhida em anos anteriores Faz-se uma revisão bibliográfica dos problemas afins ao problema e das diversas metodologias utilizadas na sua resolução São analisadas as Redes Neuronais de Hopfield e a sua aplicação na resolução de problemas de optimização complexos. Neste contexto e proposta uma abordagem de resolução automatizada para o problema de Elaboração de Horários Escolares E formalizado o problema e descritas as fases da sua implementação e resolução computacional São ainda apresentados e discutidos, os resultados computacionais resultantes da aplicação do algoritmo proposto a um problema de horários exemplificativo e a vários problemas pseudo-reais de pequena dimensão
