Arquitetura efémera

Por uma reversibilidade sustentável
Authors: Fernandes, Filipe Alexandre Ladeira;

Arquitetura efémera

Abstract

ABSTRACT: In recognition of the ephemeral architecture's unique peculiarities, arises the intention to better understand its characteristics. The limits imposed by adaptability and reversibility to the architecture for an ideal sustainability are subjects sought to be systematized and developed in this thesis. The opinions and conclusions of multiple authors about architectural ephemerality and sustainability and the concrete examples of carried out projects that, in some way, stood out for their particularity or innovation help to understand the themes that lead to question the construction and deconstruction's method of an architectural building. The acquired knowledge enables the implementation of a social support center in the Bairro Quinta das Sapateiras, in Loures. This neighborhood is one of four, in Loures, with social conflicts caused by cultural differences and, despite its population recognition, there is still evidences of hard adaptation by the same. It is intended to solve this problems by meeting with the community and analysing its urbanistic and social connection with the city.
